On your arrival you will be cordially received and welcomed. Enjoy a warm homely reception complete with a welcome drink – either a fresh juice of your choice made from garden fresh fruits or tea/coffee fresh from the plantation. After checking in, the afternoon is at your disposal to indulge leisurely exploring the scenic surroundings or just relaxing and unwinding in your room. In the evening you will be taken for a two hour long trekking expedition to the nearby cardamom plantations. A live cooking class would be conducted in our kitchen at 7 in the evening – the best interactive way to watch and learn how traditional gourmet dishes of Kerala, seasoned with exotic spices, are prepared. This may be followed by a campfire depending on the season. End the day with a candle lit dinner in a perfect romantic ambience.

After breakfast, you will be taken for a mountain hiking trip. ‘Thoosi Mala’, a 6500 ft high verdant mountain, is an ideal place to indulge in hiking and to enjoy panoramic views of the valleys garbed in hues of green. Your will be accompanied by an expert and seasoned guide, a tribal from the area, who speaks good English. The main attraction of this hiking trip is that you can spot wildlife including elephants, and deer depending on the time and season. Upon your return to the resort, a live cooking class would be conducted for you in our kitchen at 7 in the evening by our expert chef, which may be followed by a campfire depending on the season. You can end your day with a romantic candle lit dinner in a perfect old-world colonial ambience.

Today after a refreshing breakfast you will be taken on a hiking expedition to ‘Letchmi Mala’ - towering to an elevation of 6500 ft above sea level. Savor the greenery of the tropics and enjoy some of the most spectacular panoramic views of the region from the mountain summit. You will be accompanied by an expert and seasoned guide, a tribal who knows the place inside-out. During the 6 hour long hike the chances are you may come across wild elephants, deer et cetera depending on the time of the year. Upon your return to the resort, a live cooking class would be conducted in our kitchen at 7 in the evening, which may be followed by a campfire depending on the season. You can end your day with a romantic candle lit dinner in a perfect dreamy ambience.
